1. Scope

This sales policy applies only to the Dreamlike Library, published by Yelbolt:

  • Dreamlike Landscape
  • Dreamlike Pattern
  • any future product published under the Dreamlike Library name

Other Yelbolt products (such as UI Color Palette or Unoff) are governed by their own terms. If in doubt, the policy linked from the product page you buy from is the one that applies.

2. Who we are

The products are created and published by Yelbolt, the trade name of Aurélien Grimaud (a_ng_d), sole proprietor (Entrepreneur individuel, EI), SIREN 910 398 957, 114 Boulevard du Maréchal Joffre, 92340 Bourg-la-Reine, France.

Sales are processed by Polar as Merchant of Record (see section 4).

3. Products

The Dreamlike Library items are digital products for Framer: components and project files that you add or remix into your own Framer projects. Each product page describes what is included, shows a live preview and lists the available properties. Please check the live preview before buying: it is the most accurate description of what you get.

Using the products requires a Framer account and, to publish the site you build with them, the appropriate Framer plan. Framer is not included in the purchase.

4. One-time purchase on Polar

All Dreamlike Library items are sold as one-time purchases: you pay once, with no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Orders are processed by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record. This means Polar:

  • takes the payment and is the seller named on your receipt;
  • calculates and collects the sales tax or VAT due in your country;
  • issues your invoice and receipt by email;
  • processes refunds when one is granted.

Polar's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the checkout. Prices are displayed on the product and checkout pages; applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.

5. Delivery

Access is delivered immediately after payment, by email and in your Polar customer portal. It includes:

  • the link to the purchased resource;
  • the documentation;
  • the support contact.

If you have not received it within a few hours, check your spam folder, then write to hello@yelbolt.co.

6. Licence

Buying a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You do not acquire ownership of the component or its code.

Personal means the licence is granted to one person: you, the buyer. If several people need to work with the product (for example, the members of a team or an agency), each of them needs their own licence.

You may:

  • use the product in an unlimited number of your own projects, personal or professional;
  • use it in websites you build for your clients, as long as you are the one building them.

You may not:

  • share the product, its link or its code with anyone else;
  • resell, redistribute or sublicense it, whether original or modified;
  • include it in a template, UI kit or any other product, whether sold or offered for free;
  • let a client reuse it outside the website you built for them.

Your licence ends if you breach these terms or withdraw from your purchase (see section 7).

When a product is distributed through the Framer Marketplace, the Framer Community Terms also apply.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made at a distance, without having to give any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 9; French Consumer Code, art. L221-18).

Exception for digital content. Dreamlike Library products are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, delivered immediately after payment. Before paying, the checkout requires you to tick a box by which you:

  1. expressly agree that access starts immediately, before the end of the withdrawal period; and
  2. acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

A purchase cannot be completed without this consent, which is confirmed in your order email. As a result, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access has been delivered (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); French Consumer Code, art. L221-28, 13°; UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).

If access has not been delivered. If, for any reason, you have not received access to the product, you can still withdraw within 14 days of purchase by sending a clear statement to hello@yelbolt.co (you may use the model form below). You will be refunded in full within 14 days, through Polar, using the same payment method.

Model withdrawal form

  • To Yelbolt, 114 Boulevard du Maréchal Joffre, 92340 Bourg-la-Reine, France, hello@yelbolt.co:
  • I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: ..................
  • Ordered on: ..................
  • Polar order number: ..................
  • Name: ..................
  • Email used for the purchase: ..................
  • Address: ..................
  • Date: ..................

Business customers buying for professional purposes are not entitled to the consumer right of withdrawal.

This does not affect your right to a fix, a replacement or a refund if a product does not work as described (see section 8).

8. Refunds beyond withdrawal

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, if a product does not work as described on its page and the issue cannot be fixed, write to hello@yelbolt.co within 30 days of purchase with a short description of the issue or a link to the affected project. You will receive a fix, a replacement or a refund.

Your statutory consumer rights, in particular the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, always apply in addition to this policy.

9. Updates and support

Questions and suggestions are welcome at hello@yelbolt.co.

Updates are included for life: your one-time purchase covers all future updates of the product, at no extra cost. They are delivered automatically as long as the component stays linked to its original Yelbolt source in Framer. If you detach it, the link is broken and you will no longer receive automatic updates.

The components rely on Framer and on web technologies (WebGL and 2D Canvas). Changes made by Framer or by browsers may affect them. Yelbolt does its best to keep them working but cannot guarantee compatibility with future versions of third-party services.

10. Liability

Yelbolt is responsible for the conformity of the products with their description. Yelbolt cannot be held liable for indirect damage, for the content of the sites built with the products, or for any unavailability of Framer or Polar. Nothing in this policy limits liability where the law does not allow it.

11. Personal data

Payment and order data are collected and stored by Polar, as Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. Yelbolt only accesses the information needed to deliver the product and answer your requests (name, email, product, country), and does not use it for any other purpose. This data is kept for 3 years from your purchase.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. As Polar holds this data, you can exercise these rights directly with Polar under its privacy policy, or write to hello@yelbolt.co and we will forward your request. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

12. Applicable law and disputes

This policy is governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

In case of a dispute, please contact us first at hello@yelbolt.co: we will do our best to find an amicable solution within 30 days. Consumers living in the EU can also get free help from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net).

If no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, without prejudice to the right of consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
